Template notice: This page is a general-purpose template prepared for HardRx.com and is provided for informational structure only — it is not legal advice. Before publishing, please have this document reviewed and finalized by a licensed attorney familiar with telehealth and e-commerce billing regulations in the states where HardRx operates.
This Payment Policy explains how and when HardRx charges for its monthly plans, and applies to all orders placed through hardarx.com.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, processed securely through Authorize.net on our own encrypted patient portal. We never see or store your full card number on our servers.
At checkout, you'll be asked to provide a credit card for age and identity verification. This step confirms you meet the eligibility requirements for the Services; it is not, by itself, a charge for your order.
Your card is only charged once a licensed physician has reviewed and approved your requested plan. If a physician does not approve your request, you will not be charged. If your physician approves a different dose or plan than the one you selected, you will be informed of the applicable price before any charge is made where required by law.
Plans are billed on a monthly, recurring basis at the rate shown at checkout for your selected plan (currently $149/month for the 6-dose plan and $199/month for the 12-dose plan, after any first-month promotional rate). Your plan will automatically renew each month at the then-current rate until you cancel, pause, or adjust it through your Patient Portal.
We may change plan pricing from time to time. If a price change affects your active subscription, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of your next billing date.
Because HardRx is a prescription medication, approved and shipped orders are generally not eligible for a refund once dispensed, consistent with standard pharmacy practice. If you believe you were charged in error, were charged without approval, or received a damaged or incorrect shipment, contact us promptly using the details below so we can investigate.
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or pause your subscription until a valid payment method is provided. Continued non-payment may result in cancellation of your subscription.
If you have a question about a charge, please contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer — most billing questions can be resolved directly and more quickly this way.
